Score the standard.
A standard you cannot measure against is a slogan. Answer for an organization or a polity you know, a co-op, a DAO, a team, a town, and see how far it already carries the framework's mechanisms. This is a mirror, not a certificate: the standard itself is a Draft with open problems, and an honest result names what is missing.

The deepest gap a score cannot see is integration at civilizational scale (FC-03, the partial harness), and the framework's own open problems in the Research Frontier apply even to an exemplary result.
